Jeevan Hingorani

Jeevan Hingorani is a founder of Pacific Chambers and vastly experienced in both criminal and civil work having been called to the Bar in 1978. Currently, he focuses primarily on company law, trusts and probate, commercial, shipping and partnership litigation and has returned to criminal practice a few years ago. He has also been sought after to provide expert opinion on the regulatory framework governing the operation and business of several companies intending to list and which have listed. 

Jeevan came to Hong Kong in 1981 for a brief spell as an in-house lawyer before going into private practice the following year. After 12 years at the criminal bar, during which he was involved in numerous high-profile cases involving murder, manslaughter, robbery and commercial fraud, he moved to civil practice in which he has been firmly entrenched for the last 25 years.
